Lunsford Door & Service, Inc. is a well-known distributor of high quality doors, frames, and architectural hardware in the commercial and industrial building market for over 50 years.

Currently we are searching for a Door & HardwareShoptechnicianwho will complement our existing shop and production staff.

Preferably our potential candidate should have experience within the Door and Hardware Industry in some capacity. Required excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and an even wider range of customers. The candidate chosen will need strong reporting and documentation skills, attention to detail, quality focused demeanor, and quality customer service.

Responsibilities and job requirements and skills will include but not limited to the following

  • Ability to multi-task and comprehend multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work with a team
  • Self-starter and ability to accomplish tasks without explicit direction
  • Deadline conscience and goal driven.
  • Ability to discuss interpretation of project requirements with Lunsford salespersons and customers.
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Analytical thought process and able to analyze and absorb new information

Qualifications:

The candidate would preferable posses prior knowledge of the door, frame and hardware industry and their applications, but is not required.

Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma with minimum 1-5 Years applicable experience
