Are you interested in working in a fast-paced drapery workroom making pretty things?! We are a women-led family business we would love for you to join us!
This position is in person at our location in Mississauga.
We manufacture perfect custom drapery, shades, valance, bench seats and pillows for designers and homeowners across North America and we are looking for a focused, hard working, efficient person to join our production team in the role of cutter and seamstress.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
– assembly (tabling) of drapery
– hand sewing and finishing orders
– packaging and preparing order for shipment/install
– inspecting bolts of fabric for flaws prior to entering for inventory
– preparing bolts of fabric and lining for cutting
– cutting of fabric and lining for each custom order
– sewing of orders on blind hemmer, serger and single needle machines
– working towards a production schedule with weekly quotas
– ability to work in a team environment
We are a small family team that has worked closely for several years so we are hoping the candidate can commit to at least 2 years on our team as the training is time-consuming and extensive.

We practice a 4 day work week so every weekend is a long weekend!
