Overview
Core Responsibilities
- Copper work piping fabrication: Brazing (1/4” Ø to 3-1/8” Ø)
- Steel piping fabrication: Grooved piping assembly (2” Ø to 12” Ø)
- Steelwork: Frame and Skid fabrication
- Low voltage electrical installation: Actuators, pressure, temperature, and flow sensors
- Sheet metal assembly: Handling and installation of sheet metal panels and mounting in place
313A Apprenticeships may be offered to exceptional individuals that show dedication on the job and a strong commitment to skills development and extracurricular study.
Skills Desired:
- Ability to interpret scaled drawings.
- Brazing experience (TSSA certification preferred).
- Arc, mig, & tig welding experience.
- Pipefitting experience.
- Light machining (mill, lathe, grinder).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Metal fabrication experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment (preferred).
- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Ability to work unsupervised
Education Required:
Minimum 2yrs college or 5yrs experience in one of the following categories:
- HVAC Technologist.
- Mech/ Electrical technologist.
- Welding Techniques.

Verification:
The applicant must agree to the following assessment:
- Copper brazing demonstration,
- Drawing interpretation
- Written & verbal communication test
Compensation:
- $22 to $35/ Hour based on experience level
- Three (3) weeks vacation
- Ten (10) paid PTO/ Sick days
Health benefits package post 90 day probation period.

Salary: $45,760.00-$72,800.00 per year
