CSI is a metal fabrication shop and installer located in Lake Worth, FL specializing in large scale custom projects for a variety of markets. Our strength as a company comes from the ability and attitude of our employees. Entering our 37th year in business we are seeking top notch Ironworkers and shop fabricators with experience in:

-Custom One-Off Fabrication

-Welding Heavy Industrial Parts

-Metal Stairs-Railings

-Structural Steel

-Using (Stainless, Carbon, Aluminum) materials.

We are looking for Ironworkers and shop fabricators that are adaptable, resilient, innovative, and sets high standards for themselves and others. This employee must be able to effectively manage his/her time as well as employees in order to adhere to strict deadlines.

You will actively work in all aspects of the production process including, but not limited to:

-Read blueprints /Perform material take offs/Make cut lists

-Operate machinery in shop (MIG/TIG/STICK welding, plasma, benders, ironworkers, saws)

-Create jigs and templates

-Create Production Efficiency

-Load and unload trucks

-Weld, Cut, fit, & erect.

The employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
