About this Opportunity:
Located in beautiful Medicine Hat, Argo Sales currently has positions available for experienced Journeyman/Journeywoman Welders and Apprentice welders.
Job description:
· Interpret welding process specifications.
· Read and interpret blueprints.
· Prepare jigs or set-ups for welding.
· Performing other activities as directed.
· Promote and adhere to Argo Sales safety program.
Requirements:
· Journeyman/Journeywoman welding ticket or enrollment approved apprenticeship program
· Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work alone or a part of a team
· Night shift work availability required
· Strong time management skill
· Previous experience operating hoisting and lifting equipment is an asset.
· Knowledge in the operation of manual or semi-automatic cutting equipment is an asset.
