Are you looking for an opportunity to work close to home? EnQuest Energy Solutions is looking for qualified individuals to join our company on the afternoon shift to support our ongoing list of growing projects.

Join our team as Journeyman or Apprentice Welder for production structural, service, & repair welding. Responsibilities will include the fabrication of custom structural components in a high paced production environment. The use of various hand tools, machinery and equipment will be required to fabricate our products. This position will work with Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure continuous improvements. Apprentice Welders will be required to read and understand production drawings, blueprints, work orders and other written instructions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Welder within the Province of Alberta as an Apprentice, Journeyman or Red Seal.
  • Current CWB tickets an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
