We are currently recruiting for Journeyman and Apprentice Welders for a project close to Prince George, BC

Responsibilities and Duties:
Complete equipment maintenance in line with OCL and industry standards, procedures and practices.

Independent work environment, without direct supervision.

Ensure goals are met and communicate progress to supervisor.

Reads blueprints and specifications

Fuses metal components using the SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and MCAW process

Grinds, stamps, cuts and drills material

Requirements

Journey-Certified Welder/Interprovincial Red Seal Certification.

Previous experience welding in an industrial setting is an asset

The successful candidate must successfully complete a site pre-access drug and alcohol test.

A clean driver’s abstract.
