Job Summary:
You are an experienced Journeyperson Ironworker on industrial construction projects. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on our TA9 project. For you, safety and quality are a priority and you are proud of your work at the end of each day.

Essential Responsibilities:
Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the lay out of work
Bolt up and impacting
Position steel units, align holes, and insert temporary bolts while checking alignments and joining steel parts
Heavy lift, rigging and hoisting
Ensures the safety of the crew, equipment, and environment
Ensures that work is completed during regular hours
Requirements:
Must possess a Journeyperson Ironworker certification with a recognized provincial training authority
Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
Successful candidates will require CSTS 2020, CSO or BSO, Fall Protection
EWP and Confined Space are an asset
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clear 3-year driver’s abstract
Work Conditions:
Shift based position working 14 days on /7 days off rotation
Working 10-12 hours per day
Site based camp provided
Travel allowance provided for those that qualify (non-locals)
Flights are not provided; would suit locals or candidates residing in western Canada
Work is expected to run until October 2023, position with long term potential

Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
