We currently have opportunities for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our Wire Processing team.
Position Summary
The Wire Process Operator is responsible for welding. This position is best suited to very versatile people that know their way around equipment and most hand tools, can read metric and imperial tape measures, are self-starters with a can-do attitude. Must be physically fit, as the job requires many different areas to work in, and some require moving material.

- Full-time day shift position (Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm) with overtime available.
Key Competencies
- Attention to detail and good hand eye coordination is key.
- Physically fit; able to handle weights up to 23 kgs (50 lbs), standing for extended periods.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Document use and numeracy
- Strong team working skills
- Reliable and honest
Responsibilities
- Sanding
- Grinding
- Welding of aluminum.
- Reading blueprints or drawings.
- Use of equipment such as band saws, drill presses, and welding machines.
- General housekeeping.
- Regularly lift 50lbs.
- Unloading containers of material.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of aluminum welding.
