Overview
Custom metal fabrication shop located in Sarasota looking for a lead fabricator to manage and supervise crew in the building of aluminum products for commercial and residential applications specializing in railings, spiral stairs, decorative brackets, shutters, and gates.
Recently relocated into clean new shop in Sarasota, great atmosphere, with a team effort to complete jobs with quality workmanship and efficiency.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, welding certificates preferred, at least 10 years experience as fabricator and/or shop foreman
Must be organized, reliable, responsible, and able to work with others
Good attention to detail and quality control required.
Must be able to be creative and think out of box when necessary.

Looking for applicants with primary knowledge in tig welding aluminum metal and require experience with the following:
Must be able to read and interpret shop drawing measurements. Cut material and layout to proper specifications and measurements. Complete weld out of all joints. Finish material with necessary grinders and sanders. Perform all the necessary tasks to complete each job in a timely manner.

Position is full-time
