Overview
JD Welding is looking for a lead hand welder.
Candidate must be punctual professional a background in surface mining, concrete plant operations an asset.
Duties Include operation of mobile welding truck, dealing with customers and clients, Organizing and completing jobs from start to finish, Organizing staff on larger projects to complete tasks. Submit time sheets and receipts.
Must be familiar with operation of aerial platforms, telehandler forklifts, Crane signals and hoisting and rigging.

Most jobsites are through out southern Ontario Paid travel to jobsites, Hotel accommodations and daily periderm when working outside daily driving range.
Ability to adjust start times and length of days to accommodate jobs up to 12hrs a day including weekends. Lots of overtime available and some mandatory weekends.
Cwb all position stick is an asset, Good driving record.
