Overview
Sign Network is a well-established architectural signage company located in Newmarket that has been serving clients across Canada for over 20 years. With a constantly growing portfolio of clients and services we are looking to expand our team in the fabrication and assembly department. Successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating our products from start to finish using a wide array of techniques, tools and machines.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 10 years experience in key sign fabrication processes including welding, illuminated signs, pylons, sign boxes, low voltage electrical, vinyl application
- Able to read and interpret work orders and shop drawings
- Familiar with all materials common to the sign industry (aluminum, acrylics, wood, pvc)
- Self-motivated – takes pride in all tasks, big or small
- Able to problem solve
- Able to manage multiple projects while efficiently completing tasks in a specific order
- Communication skills, verbal and written are a must. Able to work in a team environment and individually
- Ability to lift over 50lbs
- Good work ethic
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract and reliable mode of transportation
- Comfortable with the use of various hand and power tools
Flexible 8 hour days with plenty of overtime available. Pay every Friday.
