Lead Welder/Supervisor

Job Description

Stark Solutions, as one of the fasting growing companies in Conroe, is currently looking to hire a Lead Welder/Supervisor for a group of 6-8 welders to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will work efficiently, possess a positive attitude & team spirit and enjoy working day shifts from Monday – Friday (6.45am-5pm).

Essential Job Functions

· Build professional relationships with the welders and hold them accountable for quality, quantity, behavior and safety.

· Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment in the Welding area.

· Train new and existing employees.

· Work with middle management team on NCR’s, process improvements, change management, production flow etc.

· Weld high-quality products in accordance with applicable welding procedures as per provided specifications on work order prints

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

· At least 6 years of welding experience

· At least 2 years of Supervisor experience

· Must be able to pass background and substance screening

· Must be able to meet organizational performance factors such as safety, quality, attendance and productivity standards

· General ISO-9001 awareness and understanding of production-related requirements

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to stand and work for a minimum of 9-hour shift

· Occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), stretching and bending is required
