IMMEDIATE START -Skilled Line Borers / Machinists needed for Heavy Equipment repair.

Job location is Fort McMurray Oil Sands. We will pay for Flights and offer LOA on top of the hourly rate.

Operate portable line boring equipment on heavy equipment (haul trucks, excavators, graders and bull dozers) in the field at remote sites in/around Fort MacMurray.

Capable of producing repeatable, high tolerance bores (+-0.001).

Set up/operate automatic line welding equipment using short circuit GMAW (employers willing to train suitable candidates).

Capable of taking repeatable and accurate measurements (0.0001) as required.

Ideal candidates will have strong welding background performing repairs to, and fabrications for, heavy equipment with familiarity operating machine shop equipment (vertical milling machines, lathes etc…)

CWB Welding tickets preferred but not mandatory. We will offer CWB ticket certification to successful applicants.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00-$58.00 per hour
