Hager Industries Inc. is looking for a Copper & Brass Manifold Fabricator to build and assemble high pressure manifold systems. Typical systems are brazed using numerous techniques. All work is TSSA approved and inspected, as well as technicians certified.

Experience/skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Valid G licence (drivers abstract will be requested).
  • Working with CO2, Cryogens considered an asset.
  • Working with high pressure (PSI) considered an asset.

Job Duties

  • Oversee and supervise project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments to job site manager.
  • Ensure all legal requirements, safety codes, safety inspections, guidelines, and local and regulations are met.
  • Configure pipe systems blueprint and plan piping systems layouts.
  • Precisely cut and braze metals such as copper and brass.
  • Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials from pipes as needed.
  • Thread, braze piping together.
  • Perform trial runs and pressure tests on pipe systems.
