We specialize in standard and custom engineered turn-key systems along with all the supporting validation operations.

Stilmas Americas is the hub for selling, engineering, manufacturing and servicing Pharmaceutical Water equipment in North America, offering a complete range of technologies in the North American Pharmaceutical market.

Stilmas Americas is currently seeking an

Manufacturing Specialist/Process Welder

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble of Water Treatment Equipment Using the Following Disciplines:

  • Stainless steel welding of tubing, pipe and fittings
  • Stainless Steel Tube Bending
  • PVC (CPVC) Treaded Piping
  • PVC (CPVC) Socket Piping
  • Polyethylene Tubing Piping
  • Polypropylene Infrared Welding
  • Control Electrical Wiring
  • Touch-up Painting
  • Equipment Testing and Troubleshooting
  • Other Skills Necessary to Build The Equipment As Per Plans & Spec’s.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to operate and maintain welders and support equipment
  • Insure That the Manufactured Equipment Is Assembled to Quality Standards
  • Shop House Keeping
  • Maintain Stock Levels On Fasteners, Electrical Components & Other Items Required To Build The Equipment
  • Following Stilmas Americas Quality management system processes (including ISO and GMP requirements)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for Position:

  • Read and Assemble Using Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID)
  • Read and Assemble Using Scale General Arrangement Drawing (GA)
  • Read and Assemble Using Electrical Schematics
  • Read and Assemble Using an weld map or isometric drawing
  • Certified TSSA welding certificate
  • Understand and Implement Stilmas Americas welding procedures for pressure piping parts and systems.
  • Ability to Inspect parts to ensure they meet specification as directed by engineering and TSSA/ASME standards
  • Manage and maintain Stainless Steel Welding and Examination Log
  • Ability to identify design issues and communicate these to the appropriate persons
  • Ability to cope with design change in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Basic Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001:2015
  • Knowledge of Material Handling and tracking procedures and method.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
