This is a straight days position working 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 1:30 pm Fridays

Airdex is a manufacturer of Blower Fans and Accessories for the HVAC Industry for over 25 years. We have currently expanded a 22000 sq.ft. addition onto our existing facility.

Currently we have 2 immediate production positions open in our Spot Weld Department.

The team member will operate a stand-alone Spot Weld machine, assembling blower housings and accessories. They will work with a group of spot welding team members. We have recently commissioned 2 more spot welding machines so the department is growing.

Previous welding experience is not required. Full training will be provided.

This team member may also be required to perform final assembly responsibilities, and machine operation such as small presses, punch press, brake presses, etc.

All required training will be given to provide the new team member with the skills to be successful.

The position begins at $17.40/hr. and increases after 3 month probation period, (or sooner depending on performance) and incremental increases as skills and abilities improve.

Hourly increases are based on Quality of Work, Productivity, and Attendance.

Overtime paid after 40 hours of work.

Benefits after 3 month probation period.

Bonus plan begins to calculate after 3 month probation period.

Safety Shoes and Safety Glasses required. Safety Glasses provided. Safety shoe allowance after 3 months.
