Welder/Mechanical Assembler
Kelly Services has an immediate opening for a permanent position with our client in Kitchener On. This opportunity is a Mechanical Assemblerposition with a progressive company in the Tri-City region.Our customer prides itself on providing an autonomous work environment with skill and task variety opportunities.
Primary Job Functions:
· Assembly, installation and repair of truck bodies and equipment
· 12-volt electrical wiring
· Custom work requirements
· Basic Machine Shop and Welding
Specific Requirements:
· Relevant experience with comparable work
· Strong Mechanical Aptitude
· Experience with hand power tools
· Compliance with safe working standards
· Attention to detail
· Mig welding ability an asset
· Abilities with measurement tools
· Reliable, Punctual, Self-Managing
Position Details:
· $18.00 to $20.00 per hour pending qualifications
· Company benefits upon completion of probationary period
· 44 hours a week
· Work schedule, 7 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 1 pm on Friday
· Permanent position
