Midnight Oil is looking for a candidate who puts passion into their work. Objectives change day to day, so ability to adapt quickly is an asset for our team.
We are a fast pace environment with tight deadlines.
We are looking to fill up to 4 spots.
Education:
We do not determine your skill based on high school or post secondary education. We will be looking for knowledge on hot rods, classic cars and restoration instead. However, licensed mechanical training, or body tech/painter tickets are an asset.
Work Experience:
No professional experience is required, however, experience with hotrods, restorations, paint prep, auto body paint, engine building, fabrication and mechanics is an asset.
We are looking for someone who can pick up on the job, it’s deadlines, and pressure quickly. A candidate with experience and knowledge in more than one area of restoration is preferred.
Wage will be determined by experience and skill.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- High River, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Hot Rod/Classic Car Building: 3 years (preferred)
- Body Paint: 3 years (preferred)
- Metal fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Red Seal license (preferred)
