Overview
The new employees duties would be a direct assistant to the Metal Fabrication Lead. Duties include grinding, painting, fabrication, tires, and assembly (some welding experience would be an asset) in all metal aspects of our tiny home builds from bare trailer to final finishing stages.
You would be working and coordinating with all other trades in the production line while the unit moves thru an indoor facility. Fast paced and exciting environment and culture with incredible staff, lead and management personalities.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with Stat holidays off and Xmas break. The company also offers a quarterly build bonus all staff participate in at different levels.
