ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in Olds, AB, is seeking general laborers with metal fabrication experience as an asset. We are growing and this is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment.

Qualifications (Experience is great, but we are happy to train!):
· Mechanical aptitude / abilities
· Familiar with hand tools and power tools
· Experience working with a laser table, bandsaw and break is an asset
· Self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision
· Time management and organizational skills
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
· Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
· Think and react to changing conditions as needed
· Flexible to accommodate varying shift times, if necessary
· Physically fit
Responsibilities:
· Perform general labor tasks with a willingness to learn
· Use tools and material appropriately
· Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner
· Follow up with supervisors to communicate status of work orders
· Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
· Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
· Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
· Quality control of parts
· Read drawings and identify steel
