Position: Fabrication Welder
Type: Full-Time Position
Schedule: Day or Afternoon Shift
Location: 850 Rangeview Road, Mississauga
Responsibilities
Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal
Prepare jigs or set-up for welding
Examine welds and assure quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain a safe work environment following all Health and Safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in MIG/TIG welding
Knowledge of gas welding machines and Arc welding machines
Interpret welding process specifications
Be a team player by displaying a positive outlook, communicating effectively, and working cooperatively in a team environment
