We are currently looking to add 3 Fitter/Welders to our team!

We are searching for a professional and driven employee to fill a full-time, permanent position at Brent’s Welding and Fabrication Inc.

Brent’s Welding and Fabrication is a fast-growing business offering services in Southern Ontario. This is the perfect opportunity to get onboard with a fast-growing company with multiple career advancement opportunities. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include the following:

  • Fitting, welding and fabrication of small to large scale jobs
  • Fabricating new products from shop drawings and sketches
  • Welding repairs on damaged products
  • Utilize various types of equipment as required to efficiently create projects
  • Moving of material and finished products with forklifts
  • Setup and proper maintenance of welding equipment
  • Fabrication and welding of the following but not limited to: handrails, structural steel, aluminum, trailer repairs, bin repairs, and other projects

What skills, assets, and experience we require:

  • Three years of fitting experience
  • Three years of welding experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications with little to no assistance
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Forklift experience or ticket considered an asset
  • CWB welding tickets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
