Robco is currently looking for a passionate, handy person to take on the role of Metal Gasket Fabricator in our dynamic team!

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set-up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized used to perform precision machining operations.
  • Create gaskets to specifications, using machine tools such as lathes, welders, milling machine, CNC, etc.
  • Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers.
  • Read drawings and blueprints to fabricate parts and gaskets.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed on time and to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean working area.
  • Respect the safety rules.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good attitude and thirst for knowledge. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Autonomous, positive attitude, work as a team player
  • Strong work ethic with focus on efficiency, productivity

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Day shift, Monday-Friday.
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Group benefits after 3 months completed
