Overview
Starting at $21-$23/hour based on experience for 44 hours/week + quarterly attendance bonus program after 3 month probation period!
Those who meet the bonus qualifications can earn an additional $1-2/hour, paid as a quarterly bonus.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Welder position includes, but is not limited to production welding, service & repair welding, and fabricating metal structures using jigs/fixtures in a production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fabrication of metal structures using jigs and fixtures in a high paced production environment
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as MIG or plasma arc welding, oxy-acetylene welding
- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and PakFab policies
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 3+ years of welding experience
- Preferably possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
HOURS OF WORK
Monday – Thursday ; 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday ; 7:00am – 3:30pm
