Overview

All of our welding is Mig and Tig welding. We do not require any certifications as we only require a demonstrated application of skills prior to an employment offer being made. We also have a document work book of weld quality expectations that we inspect to on our weld lines. Our most common Aluminum material thicknesses are between .080-.125. We do require that employees are capable of reading and interpreting assembly drawings and prints per engineering specifications. The only other thing to add that may be pertinent is that most of our coil and sheet material is 5052- H34 aluminum. Our extrusion is a 6000 series aluminum. The welding wire and rod that we use is ER4943 MIG and R4943 Tig.
