Immediate opening for MIG Welders for fast-paced automotive-aftermarket manufacturing company located in Paris, Texas, which is about 2 hours northeast of Dallas.

We are seeking a full time, long-term, direct hire candidate, willing to work on-site in Paris, Texas. We do NOT offer remote work or contract work for this position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years on the job experience MIG Welding *REQUIRED*
  • Mild steel, soft wire, MIG welding
  • Fitting, tacking, welding, and grinding
  • Must be able to produce high quality welds
  • Must be proficient with a grinder and willing to perfect finish products
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Lifting up to 20lbs consistently throughout the day; up to 50lbs frequently; 100lbs occasionally
  • Standing, walking, and working 8 hours per day on your feet
  • Ability to work in an outside shop environment without climate controls
  • Dependable and on time and adhere to assigned work schedule
  • Must have reliable transportation and non-expired driver license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Forklift experience a strong plus

  • Monday – Friday
  • 5:00am to 1:00pm

Application Question(s):

  • This job requires highly skilled MIG welders with the ability and skills to not only weld, but to also fabricate high-end products. Much of the job will involve fitting together flat parts, pipe coping, fitting, tacking, and grinding down welds to produce flawless finishes. We manufacture metal bumpers and parts for truck, Jeep, and Bronco and require precision fitment and top not quality welds and finish out work.

Experience:

  • MIG welding: 2 years (Required)
  • FINISH OUT GRINDING: 2 years (Preferred)
