Overview
We are an established company looking for experienced, hardworking, quality employees with a strong work ethic. The welding process we primarily use is MIG; welding steel, aluminum & stainless-steel sheet, and structural components.
Our employees work a regular day shift Mon-Thur (40 hours), overtime is sometimes necessary and mandatory. The pay range for the starting position is $12-$14 per hour, DOE. Evaluations are performed after the first 90 days and then annually. Our benefit package includes (Medical,Dental, Life Insurance, Vision, 401k(with match), & Uniform Allowance. Full-time employees are granted paid holidays and vacation after their probationary period then additional paid days based on length of service in coordination with the vacation schedule.
. Requirements:
Dependable/Responsible
Ability to pass weld test
Able to follow directions and work in a team oriented environment
Able to measure and/or mark reference points or cutting lines on work-pieces
Ability to certify on steel and aluminum MIG welding process
Able to climb ladders and in/out containers
Be able to follow Company and general industry safety requirements
Be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Willing and able to follow basic safety and quality procedures
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Must wear steel toes boots
Must have clean drug screen
Be able to operate forklift
Experience:
Warehouse or Shop: 1 year (Preferred)
Welding: 1 year (Required)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
