Job Description:
Location: Garland, TX
Position: Mig Welder
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp to Hire
Hours: 5:30 am to 4:15 pm, Monday-Friday
Mandatory overtime if required.
Pay Rate: $18 HR
Pay increase 90 days from hire date.

Responsibilities include:
Weld, tack, and fabricate products with blueprints as reference.
Grind and prepare units.
Cut, grind, weld, and replace rusted and damaged steel in used pieces of equipment.
Inspect weld strength during and after the welding process.
Maintain a clean and safe workstation (sweeping, equipment cleaning, and preventative maintenance).
Qualifications:
Ability to meet deadlines, even under extreme demand.
Some mig welding experience (Formal training in welding preferred but not necessary).
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Must pass a background check.
Must Pass Drug Test.
