Start your welding career with this job in the Twin Cities North Metro! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading hydraulics manufacturing company located in Cedar, MN. We are seeking candidates for MIG Welder positions on 1st shift. Hours for this day shift job are 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $21.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll do as an MIG Welder:
- Weld parts
- Inspect parts
- Follow safety procedures
- Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints, etc.)
- Complete other duties as assigned including general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
What you need to be an MIG Welder:
- 2-year Welding technology degree preferred, but not required
- Welding experience in a related industry preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass AHI welding certification for multiple processes
- Ability to setup and run various programs on welding equipment
- Strong math and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use and read measuring equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodations
