Project Shift is 5 days on and 2 days off, 10 hour days (Mon-Thu) and 8 hours on Fri and some weekends

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate knowledge of various piping system components for measuring, cutting, threading, grooving and bending of pipes, valves and fittings

Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes

Hydrotest and install fabricated pipe spools within structural steel modular assemblies, adding designed supports as required

Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion

Read and interpret client and company supplied construction fabrication drawings and specifications

Follow various Phoenix and Client policies & procedures

Previous experience in the following is considered an asset, Pipefitter, steamfitter, pipefitter apprentice, journeyman pipefitter, apprentice pipefitter, steamfitter pipefitter welder, pipe fitter, pipefitters, apprentice

Requirements:
Valid Alberta Journeyman or Apprentice or Red Seal Certification

CSTS-09 or CSTS-20

Fall Protection Certificate

Physically capable of performing all tasks required of field Pipefitters

Must complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Must support a safety-orientated work environment

Must be willing to relocate for the position
