This position reports to a team lead. The associate will be expected to operate welding equipment using processes such as gas, metal arch, shielded metal arc and TIG welding. Must be able to measure and accurately cut materials to prepare them for welding. The associate must also be able to properly inspect their work for imperfections and know how to fix any issues found. An ideal associate will work well in a team environment and is good at following instructions from a lead.
. Requirements:
The associate must be 18 years or older, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to use various power and hand tools, overhead crane, and table saws. The associate will also be expected to work overtime and Saturdays when needed. Prior to being hired, the employee will be subject to a background check.
