NPM – Certified Pipe Welder/Pipe Fitter (SPD)

Nash Plumbing & Mechanical has immediate openings for experienced Pipe Welders and Pipe Fitters in the Tampa, FL area!

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to weld in any position using a 6010 root and a 7018 filler and cover pass with the result being a quality weld

Strong knowledge of piping systems that will allow you to be productive in your crew in the absence of welds available

Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques

Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process

Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent

5+ years of experience preferred

OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
