Overview
Set up and operate the TC 5000 machine according to set up sheet and instructions
Responsible for set up with minor program changes
Loading, forming, unloading product ranging from small pieces to larger sheet steel
Ensure the accurate measurement of parts using measuring tape, square and other instruments
Optimize the running of parts to best take advantage of the machines operating time
What We Are Looking For
Ability to read an imperial tape measure and blueprints is a must
3 years of experience in a manufacturing sector
Excellent mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity
Attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent organizational skills
Adhere to Continuous Improvement manufacturing principles by checking quality of work
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
