Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Bus Fab CNC Machine Set-Up and Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Mazak Mazatech V-414 and setting up program changes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and with an eye for detail.
What You Will Do
Set up and operate a Mazatech V-414 vertical mill according to set up sheet and instructions
Responsible for set up with minor program changes
Ensure the accurate measurement of parts using caliper, micrometer and other instruments
Optimize the running of parts to best take advantage of the machines operating time
What We Are Looking For
Ability to read an imperial tape measure and blueprints is a must
3 years of work experience in a manufacturing sector
Excellent mechanical/mathematical aptitude
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent organizational skills
Adhere to continuous improvement manufacturing principles by checking quality of work
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
