Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Position Summary:
Responsible for the installation, fabrication, welding and repair on equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include installation, fabrication, welding and repair on equipment including but not limited to pipe, steel structure, reactors, hear exchangers, towers, heaters, boilers, tanks and other related equipment in the refinery.
  • Participation on the Emergency Response Team
  • Follows all safety rules and guidelines established by the Refinery and participates in safety meetings, programs, field safety audits and VPP inspections

Education Requirement:
Hiigh School or GED degree required.

Experience Requirement:
A minimum of five years experience in an industrial environment and certification in welding SMAW and GTAW process required. Experience in pipefitting highly desired but not required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud with exposure to various rotating parts and environmental elements including but not limited to weather, odors, dust, oil, and chemicals. This position requires the ability to wear NOMEX and other protective gear as required. The position requires the ability to take 24 hour call, work holidays, extended hours including weekends.
