Overview
QPS is in need of Pipefitters and Welders
- Must have work experience and technical knowledge and skills in gas, arc, shielded and non-shielded metal arc welding.
- Must be able to perform vertical and overhead welding processes.
- Must be able to read blueprints, mechanical drawings and welding symbols.
- Excellent attention to detail, a focus on accuracy, and a sense of urgency
- Must have one (2) year experience in various forms of pipe welding
- Must have one (1) year experience in various forms of pipefitting
- Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the related field .
- Must demonstrate a high level of customer service, strong communication (both listening and speaking) and interpersonal skills.
Certifications a Plus
Must pass drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
