Job Description

  • Experience in bonding, bending, and assembly of acrylic & plastic components
  • Prepare materials for fabrication – Cut sheets to size and stage materials for production, sand and debur edges, remove material masking
  • Use tools including, sanders, drills, benders, pneumatic tools, and hand tools
  • Become proficient at bending and gluing plastic parts through training and experience.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions to complete and process fabricated plastic parts.
  • Use basic math and measurements to identify material thickness, and part dimensions
  • Listen and respond courteously to all teams within the company
  • Practices good housekeeping discipline on the job, which includes daily clean-up, organized tool and material storage and weekly trash removal, to ensure a safe, non-cluttered workplace
  • Show up to work prior to scheduled shift to ensure that work begins immediately at the beginning of the work shift to meet tight project delivery dates
