SKILLS:
Operate grinders, cranes, and CNC Plasmas
Pitch in to help other team members to ensure the success of the whole team.
Metal prep operations as well as kitting parts for welding dept.
Proficient mechanical skills considered an asset.
Able to read drawings and blueprints.
(skills are secondary and can be reached through drive and determination)
