Our team assemblers assist in the production and manufacturing process by:
Assisting sewers from gathering cut materials, accessories, and pulling fabric during assembly
Folding and prepping completed products to be inspected and prepared for shipping
Operating welder sealing machines to assemble berms and prep for inspection and shipping
Operating industrial cutting tools
Sewing machine maintenance such as oiling and threading the machines as needed
Team assemblers have the opportunity to learn the production process and develop with training to become an industrial sewer.

Opportunities for Overtime, Bonuses, and Advancement. This is a full-time, 40 hr. a week position.
. Requirements:
Must be 18 yrs of age
Must be able to work the scheduled shift which operates Monday – Thursday from 6:00 am – 4:30 pm. Overtime if needed
Must have ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel and use hands and arms to assist in the manufacturing process, cutting & assembly of all manufacturing materials for a 10 hour shift
Must be able to tolerate prolonged exposure to fluctuating weather conditions in a warehouse environment for a 10 hour shift
Must be able to lift at least 50 bs
