Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Starting wages from $18.50/per hour with progressive wage increase to $21/ per hour over 3 years

Signing Bonus after 3 month probationary period

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in producing world class quality high-speed, high-performance industrial doors

Learn to use industry leading equipment to form and assemble doors

Ability to read, understand and follow work orders

Sharp attention to detail and ability to follow instruction

Ensuring quality control standards are met

Adhering to safety standards

Qualifications:
Ability to read and calculate basic measurements

1 year of work experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred, but not required

Able to follow verbal and written work instructions

Demonstrated attention to detail in order to produce quality work

Able to lift up to 40lbs

Know how to use hand and power tools

Work safely and follow all safety procedures
