Job description, powers and responsibilities
Responsible for:
Shutdown
The basis for the creation of operational and strategic production plans
The implementation of plans in production
The efficient use of tangible and intangible fixed assets
The economical use of fuels and energy and input materials
The achieved results in the management of production
The protection of entrusted property
Ensuring the rules of occupational health and safety and fire safety in the Fabrication planth key internal and external production stakeholders
Provides:
Important product qualities and production efficiency
Activities related to the expansion of Al profile fabrication
Activities necessary to ensure the operation of the production after the purchase of investments
Development of guidelines for production management
Preparation of documents for production planning in an environment without an information system
Preparation of documents for monitoring the tool durability without an information system
Documents for construction modifications of the hall with regard to the need for precise fabrication of aluminum profiles
Alternative selection of suppliers in the field of tools
Cooperation:
With union and company departments
With experts within the whole group
With the Technical Department on the activities necessary for the planning and implementation of investments
With the project organization
Requirements:
Fluent English language knowledge
5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in production management and process improvement
At least univesity degree (I./II.) specialized in technical or engineering
Driving licence
Personality prerequisites and skills:
Ability to work with technical documentation (reading technical documentation)
Organizational and coordination skills
Logical and analytical thinking
Flexibility, Loyalty
SAP – an advantage
