The successful candidate must have:
- Must have matric with a Red Seal Welding Qualification
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (English )
- Must have a sense of accuracy and must be able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team
- Must not be claustrophobic or afraid of heights
- Must have good hand-eye coordination
- Must be physically fit
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to work weekends and overtime when required
- Must not be allergic to dust
Key performance areas:
- Delivery of customer service
- Repair and manufacture of equipment
- Efficient administration with regard to the completion of job cards and material use
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work environment
