Command Industries Inc. is a busy fabrication, machine shop in Kelowna, B.C.
Currently hiring a Quality Control Specialist for our Processing and Fabrication Departments Responsibilities in this role include checking components to drawings in process for accuracy, 1st off checks, fit up checks, in process sample checks, assess weld quality and accuracy, final dimensional and quality checks on completed assemblies prior to final shipment. Support with document control and quality checks across all departments.
Skills required for the position include Welding and Fabricating experience, strong Blueprint reading skills, knowledge of welding symbols and welding process. Experience with quality checks, good communication skills, organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
CWB Supervisor, CNC machining and manufacturing experience is an asset.
