Overview
Cambridge manufacturer requires Quality Control Supervisor who will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality Program, supplier audits and final quality inspection of product. Duties will include collaboration with cross functional areas (manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and production) to evaluate failure trends, product quality problems, and quality issues. This role will be the key interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues plus resolution of any problems within process and final product acceptance. CWB welding supervisor certificate would be a requirement.
Candidates must have “hands on” exp (5 years preferred) with custom fabrication shops. If you have a proven track record with dimensional checks, welding inspection, mill test reporting, calibration recordings and document control, accomplished problem solver, top notch leader and a passion for manufacturing quality systems this could be your next career move. Knowledge of coatings and NACE requirements would be an asset.

Salary: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
