Role Summary
This position is for Massiv Die-Form, a division of Cosma International.

Massiv Die-Form, a division of Magna International, designs and builds medium to large cast automotive and hot stamping dies. Key Responsibilities Fixture Incoming/Outgoing inspection and report. Mark up the panels/Cosmetics review and report. Prepare the circle grid material and inspect the circle grid panel if needed. File, grind, sand, drill, weld, etc. to ensure products are to customer’s standards. Ensure all priorities are maintained to satisfy customer daily requirements. Operate forklift if required. Separate/ break down scrap materials, waste products and place in appropriate hoppers (ie. cardboard, skids, blanks, steel shavings, etc) . Washing/cleaning of dies, floors, presses, work benches or other tooling equipment as required . May be required to make pick ups/deliveries using company truck for shipping/receiving . Perform other reasonable duties as required. Key Qualifications/Requirements Experience in metal finish Class A, Class B and class C surfaces an asset. Experience in inspection and dimension of the product an asset. Experience in Cosmetics review an asset. Experience in circle grid an asset Tooling/machine shop experience an asset. Knowledge of SPC and Drawing an asset. Forklift experience an asset. Good mathematical, organizational, communication and Computer skills, attendance and performance required. Ability to meet or exceed Massiv standards within the department. Additional Information
