What you will do (Essential Functions)
- Join, fabricate, and repair stainless steel and other weldable material by applying appropriate custom welding techniques (Mig, Tig, and Stick).
- Applies design modifications to existing headers, exhausts, and other parts.
- Interprets engineer blueprints and drawings.
- Modify various metal components via grind, saw, etc.
- Installs custom headers and/or exhaust systems and components on various vehicles.
- Capable of welding all specialty and custom-built jobs/projects.
Pay Range · $23 – $28 per hour

Requirements: What we require (Skills and Abilities)
- Experience welding 304 stainless and mild steel in 14, 16, 18 & 20 gauge.
- Excellent Mig/ Tig welding skills.
- 3-5 years of custom fabrication experience.
- Understands manufacturing scheduling.
- Strong general automotive knowledge.
- Aftermarket parts and components knowledge strongly preferred.
- Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Great to Have
- Welding Certification Program (AWS) a plus.
- Someone self-motivated and genuinely interested in being a factor in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- A team player with a helpful, friendly and positive attitude.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and 50 pounds on occasion.
