Tank Traders® has tripled in size – making us the largest national provider of the BBQ Tank Exchange Program in Canada and a developing footprint in the USA! We are expanding our Research and Development team.
We are looking for another Fabricator/Welder to join with us at our facility in La Salle, MB! We want a Fabricator/Welder who enjoys tinkering around, is an outside-the-box thinker, and excels with their craft. The successful person will be creating and implementing never before made equipment and machinery.
Day in the Life:
- Actively brainstorming ideas, concepts, and project plans among team members
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings, making adjustments from the fabricator perspective
- Welding and fabricating aluminum metal to bring the designs from paper to “life”
- Ability to use basic welding skills and concepts to creatively modify and strengthen existing and new components
- Hands on ability to tinker around with the development and creation of prototypes and propane industry specific machinery
