Overview
Adient manufactures automotive foam seating. Our tooling department is responsible for maintaining aluminum moulds used in the production of automotive foam seating. This includes preparation of moulds for production, preventative maintenance and ongoing repairs.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Licensed Red Seal in Tool and Die, Mould Maker or Fabrication Welder
- Experience in manufacturing
- Excellent welding skills
- Working knowledge of electrical and pneumatic hand tools, mig welding, milling machines and lathes
- Able to work on a three-shift rotation (rotation every 2 weeks)
- Willing to work weekday and weekend overtime when required
