  • Robot Welder Programmer, Setup and Operator:

Duties And Responsibilities:
– Program, setup and operate robotic welders
– Create, edit, and prove out programs
– Optimize cycle times to improve productivity
– Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects
– Ability to read and understand customer part drawings using welding symbols
– Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
– Continuous skill improvement and learning new working methods
– Perform preventative maintenance
– Ensure all welds pass the cut & etch requirements set by the customer
– Assist with cut & etch reports and fixture building
– Ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment.
– Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

1: 5+ Years’ Experience with Robotic welding.
2: 3+ Years’ Experience with Robotic welder programming.
3: Ability to use calipers, tape measure, and other QC tools and equipment
4: Must be detail oriented, punctual, and a team player
5: Able to act on own initiative and work as part of a team consisting of members from other departments
6: Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
